Within the US, orders ship via USPS or UPS.
International orders ship via USPS International or FedEx. For International orders, please see more information in our FAQ.
Once your payment is received, your order will ship out from our studio within 3 - 7 business days.
Turnaround times may vary depending on time of year and during peak holiday season.
You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
If you need something expedited, let us know and we will be happy to accommodate!
If your order includes an item on preorder, your full order will be held until the preordered item is ready to ship. We are happy to split orders upon request.
If you ordered an item that is produced by a drop shipping partner that item will ship separetly from your other items and will ship directly from their facility.

My kitchen towels needed a refresh and I have been eyeing Ginger's designs, so I decided to join the tea towel club and I have to say, I'm blown away by the quality of my first towel! The design is beautiful and the towel is substantial. Not overly thin and it's huge! The other thing I noticed is I was able to use it for several days, allowing to dry out over night and no mildew smell! All my other towels smell within a couple hours of water absorption. I'm super excited to receive my new tea towel and it's going to be hard to wait it out each month, lol!

I have a double wall oven and I put my first towel on it ..just to add some color to the area of the kitchen . It is perfect..looks classy but way to nice to use…lol..I am happy I am doing the monthly subscription….well worth it .
